Providers of EAPS, Workplace, Relationship & Trauma Counselling

Employees spend two-thirds of their waking hours on the job. Personal problems, along with increased workers stress and insecurity evident in Australian workplaces, contribute to absenteeism, low moral, excessive waste and turnover. This can also lead to an increase in lost time injuries. Workplace visits by chaplains has proven to be valuable in improving the morale or employees, in turn positively impacting worker productivity.
